Painting Party Setup for Onsite Events

Onsite Party Setup & Venue Considerations

Paint Party Setup

To ensure you’re fully ready for your Paint and Sip Party, please follow these steps for venue setup!

  1. Set up your tables and chairs per this diagram. Please use rectangular tables, as they fit all table covers, and arrange them in rows. People should be seated on both sides of the table, with at least 2×2 feet of space per person. Please supply a small table for the instructor at the front as well, and we recommend having a separate empty table for guests to move their drying artwork to at the end.
