Return Shipping For Your Painting Kit

First, look at the shipping label on your package and determine if it was sent via:

• USPS (most common)
• UPS
• Fedex

Then, follow the instructions below to return your painting kit.

Return via USPS (Post Office)

Returns via the U.S. Postal Service are easy and free! Just follow these instructions:

1. Make sure your package is unopened. If it has been, please seal it shut with shipping tape.
2. Write “REFUSED” in bold marker on the shipping label.
3. Drop off at your nearest post office and they will initiate the return-to-sender process.

Return via UPS or Fedex

Returns via UPS and Fedex require a little more work, and we appreciate your help with this! Please ensure your package is unopened (or fully resealed if it was opened), and go to a UPS or Fedex store to pay for shipping back to us. The return shipping address is listed on the shipping label, and returns typically cost $10-15.
